That dude is Bhavithran Babu. He and his friends together at Skilledgrad feel like the Justice League. He is the Batman of the League, because his WhatsApp last seen has absolutely no respect for bedtime.

Your starting point does not decide where you end up
For an engineering, BBA or B.Com student in Chennai wondering whether finance is for you, Bhavithran’s journey is a good reminder: your starting point does not have to define where you end up. Curiosity, skills and a willingness to learn can take you somewhere completely different.
We first met him in 2023 for CFA Level 1. Full of confidence, a little bit of attitude, but I liked it. Then he disappeared. Fast forward to 2025, he came back. Same confidence, but this time zero attitude and a serious willingness to learn.
Thinking like an analyst
He wanted to understand the investment industry, not just clear CFA. So we pushed him into practical finance, and he started to think like an analyst. Anyone can work towards clearing CFA, but the real test is building an analyst’s mindset.
After writing his CFA Level 1 exam in February 2026, he interviewed for credit research at Sundaram Alternates and landed a role as a Junior Credit Research Analyst. He cleared Level 1 with the rest of his batch, and now he is doing CFA Level 2 with us. Unfortunately for him, Level 3 is already on our radar.
No cape, no Batmobile
Very few students have the dude status. With Bhavithran it is coffee, markets and late-night random conversations. No cape. No Batmobile. Just CFA, capital markets and a WhatsApp last seen that refuses to sleep.
We feel proud of your effort, both as family and as mentors. You have just done Batman Begins (CFA Level 1). The Dark Knight (Level 2) and The Dark Knight Rises (Level 3) are still to come. Don’t stop.
